Indoor Photoshoot Locations: Bozeman & Beyond
One of the most common questions I receive is, “Where should we have the session?!”
I have put together a list of some local indoor locations to help you get your creative juices flowing.
For indoor shoots, clean minimal spaces with character and lots of natural light are best. The airbnb’s listed below meet all my photographer requirements. If your photoshoot is scheduled for the morning, be sure to book the night before, so we can extend our check out time and do your photoshoot in the morning. If your photoshoot is in the later afternoon/evening, you will reserve the day of and might as well stay the night for a little vaca for yourself.
For outdoor shoots, the possibilities are boundless! It's truly about finding what resonates most with your essence. I personally love how the outdoors liberates us from any constraints in self-expression. I urge you to reflect deeply on the location that truly speaks to you. What reflects your essence? This initial investment of time and thought will greatly enhance the outcome of your experience. Trust me on this. So, take your time in selecting your location; there's no need to rush. Additionally, don't feel compelled to venture far. Often, the most beautiful spots are right in our own backyard. Remember, this session is intimate; I'll typically be within 2-6 feet of you. While discretion and your comfort are paramount in choosing a location, you'd be amazed at what we can make work.
If your photoshoot is booked within the months of January - May or the beginning of the winter season in November or December, I highly recommend having an indoor option decided on that you are very happy with. If you are from this area or have lived here for a few years, you know that Montana weather can be wild and change in a second. Having an indoor option puts you at ease and if you do want to pop outside for some shots and weather is accommodating, make sure the space surrounding the location you booked is accessable.
